The Baking Industry Foundation
The Baking Industry Foundation (BIF) furthers the education of the younger members of our industry through scholarships and skill competitions.Also, the BIF ensures the continuation of traditional baking techniques and the development of tools to help improve marketing and the bottom line for retail bakers.
