🔹 Eligibility:

  • Candidates must be Retail Bakers of America (RBA) members and have completed the RBA certification application process before registering.
  • The Certified Master Baker (CMB) exam is a two-part process. Before registering for the practical exam, accepted applicants must first pass the online written test.

🔹 Exam Details: Each exam evaluates a range of industry-relevant skills, from bread and pastry production to time management and consistency.
