The RBA’s certification program is recognized throughout the industry as a standard for excellence in skills and knowledge. Bakers achieve certification based on education, experience and successful completions of written and practical exams.
The RBA offers three baking certification levels and two cake decorating certification levels. Each level’s eligibility is based on education and work experience. All levels of RBA certification require a written exam, which is conducted online, and many require a practical exam, which are scheduled periodically throughout the year at various locations across the country.
