Chef Genevieve Meli is an Associate Professor Chef Instructor for Baking and Pastry at the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Meli's professional journey has taken her through prestigious kitchens including Craft, Café Boulud, Daniel, Le Bernardin, and Jacques Torres, where she honed her technical skills while developing her sustainable baking philosophy.
