After honing her craft at prestigious New York City establishments including The Modern and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Chef Egan now serves as an Associate Professor at the Culinary Institute of America, where she teaches Basic and Classical Cakes and Advanced Baking Principles. A CIA graduate herself, she holds the Certified Hospitality Educator designation and is the founder of Egan Sweets, a business specializing in handcrafted desserts and wedding cakes.
