Join us for the inaugural "RBA After Hours" event! The Retail Bakers of America is excited to launch this new series of gatherings hosted at member bakeries across the country.
Our first RBA After Hours brings together local Dallas, TX bakery owners and operators for an afternoon of networking and community building at The Mixing Bowl Bakery, owned by RBA Board Member Rose Cerda. This informal gathering provides a perfect opportunity to connect with industry peers while enjoying light refreshments.
Rose is a second-generation bakery owner who learned the craft of baking and cake decorating at her father's bakery. After mastering the business, she opened The Mixing Bowl Bakery in 1996 and later took over her father's operation after his retirement. Her bakeries specialize in special order cakes, particularly Quinceañera cakes for the Hispanic community, as well as breakfast tacos and morning pastries.
