- Borders to Buds: Back to the Basics Decorating Demo with Gail Kollman, or Tour Cold Spring Bakery with Head Baker Andria Schurman. Cold Spring Bakery is a full-line retail and wholesale bakery with two retail locations and four delivery routes.
- Show & Tell — One of the most popular sessions from past RBA events. Bring a product, tool, or ingredient that's working in your bakery operation to share with the group.
- The Business of Baking — Choose from a practical discussion on Pricing and Profitability in an Uncertain World or a fun session on Low-Cost or Free Marketing Strategies That Work (with examples of ones that didn't work).
- Networking Reception — Connect with regional bakery owners, students, and industry friends over drinks and snacks.
Dale and Lynn Schurman, owners of Cold Spring Bakery, have created a welcoming space for Minnesota's baking community.
