Chef Roger is the founder of Cakes in Cups, a pastry and culinary school in Mexico with over 13 years of experience and more than 15,000 students. His teaching approach combines technique and tradition with a clear, accessible style that translates across skill levels, creating an environment where precision and creativity go hand in hand. Beyond the classroom, Roger runs RogerEats, a digital platform where he shares recipes, educational content, and culinary experiences aimed at connecting educators, brands, and the next generation of bakers and pastry chefs.
