Join bakers and bread enthusiasts for the inaugural West Coast Bread Fest, an all-day celebration of artisan baking and community. This festival brings together experienced instructors for hands-on classes, demonstrations, and education in a collaborative atmosphere.
The day includes workshop sessions, a country loaf contest, raffle prizes, and opportunities to connect with fellow bakers and local bakery vendors. A community dinner will feature a panel discussion with regional bakers. All class participants receive a festival tote with baking tools and supplies.

RBA will present a Certified Master Baker demonstration featuring Robert Jörin, CMB, CEPC, CHE, CCE, retired Associate Dean for Degree Programs and Professor of Baking & Pastry Arts at The Culinary Institute of America. Chef Jörin was part of the three-member Team USA that won the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie in Paris in 1999 and has served as a judge for national baking competitions. He previously owned Downtown Bakery in Petaluma, CA, and brings decades of experience as both a culinary educator and award-winning pastry chef.
