RBA's flagship Business of Baking (BOB) program is traveling to Mexico for the first time as part of Mexipan 2026. This one-day, 8-hour intensive course gives bakers, pastry chefs, and entrepreneurs the business knowledge to build, manage, and grow a profitable bakery.
Registration includes admission to Mexipan, simultaneous translation, a coffee break, and a certificate of participation issued by RBA and ANPROPAN.
