Following a transaction, RBA may contact cardholders by phone or email for security purposes.

The RBA Online Membership Directory, which contains basic member contact information, is a service restricted to use by RBA members. Use of the directory for mass marketing, direct solicitations or "spamming" is prohibited and can result in an immediate termination of membership.

Generally, RBA does not share your information with third parties. However, RBA does reserve the right to share your information with affiliated companies. Additionally, any company RBA uses will not share, sell, distribute or use your information except to provide RBA services.
