Get the Goods on the upcoming VIRTUAL event with co-founder Stefani Pollack.

Thank you to Stefani Pollack, the Founder of The Bake Fest for taking some time to talk to us about the upcoming VIRTUAL show!

How and why you created The Bake Fest?

When Darren Fox and I first started thinking about The Bake Fest, we were motivated by a shared passion for the baking community and a desire to help others improve their skills in this delicious craft. We wanted to create a virtual event where bakers of all levels could connect with each other and share their knowledge, experiences, and techniques. Whether you're an aspiring pro looking to build your business skills or simply trying to perfect the art of rolling out sugar cookie dough, The Bake Fest has something to offer everyone. With online classes, giveaways and swag from your favorite brands, and more, The Bake Fest is the ideal place for bakers at all levels to learn and grow together.

Why is networking important?

When it comes to building a successful business, networking is essential. It can be difficult to connect with like-minded individuals and get the support you need, but The Bake Fest's virtual networking opportunities help facilitate those connections. Video chat rooms allow you to connect with peers from all over the world and feel less isolated in your entrepreneurial journey. You can share ideas, get feedback and advice, and build relationships that can last a lifetime. We want everyone to leave The Bake Fest with at least one new connection that they can bounce ideas off of.

Who are you most excited about seeing at The Bake Fest?

There are so many amazing speakers at The Bake Fest, each with their own unique baking and business skills. I have hand-picked each of these talented individuals based on their ability to engage with and teach participants, and it's clear that they truly know their stuff. Whether they're discussing food science, flour mixtures, or the latest trends in confectionary design, these speakers always keep me on the edge of my seat. And even though there are multiple lectures happening every hour, I don't even mind because everything is being recorded for viewing later on. Whether you're a passionate amateur baker or a seasoned professional in the kitchen, there is something for everyone.

Why should you come to The Bake Fest?

As a baker, it can sometimes feel like you are alone in your kitchen, working hard to market your business while handling the day-to-day and improving your baking skills. But this doesn't have to be the case. At The Bake Fest, you can connect online with other bakers from around the world and learn from their experiences and expertise. At an affordable rate of $150 for all 40 classes plus additional amazing perks, it is easy to see why so many bakers choose to attend this virtual event every year. This is a rare opportunity to learn from some of the best bakers and baking business coaches in the world, so don't miss out.
