RBA is excited to be part of BakingTech 2027, bringing a retail bakery perspective to one of the baking industry’s leading events.
As part of the BakingTech education program, Richard Charpentier, CMB, will present on behalf of RBA, sharing his expertise and practical insights with attendees. Richard brings decades of experience in baking, product development, innovation, and education, making this a great opportunity to learn from one of the industry’s most respected baking professionals.
And we’re taking the learning outside of the convention center, too! Following BakingTech, RBA will host a special day of Atlanta Bakery Tours on Thursday, February 25. Attendees will have the opportunity to get behind the scenes at local bakeries, connect with fellow baking professionals, and see firsthand how other businesses approach their products and operations.
It’s a great week to learn, make new industry connections, catch up with fellow RBA members, and experience Atlanta’s baking community.
