Revent is hosting a hands-on, demonstration-style seminar designed for bakers of all types exploring the versatility of California Figs in modern baking. French Master Baker Romain Dufour and RBA Board Member Richard Charpentier will lead interactive demonstrations, including special lamination techniques showcasing how figs can enhance various baked goods.

Participants will discover innovative applications for California Figs in pound cakes, cookies, muffins, breads, brownie bites, and laminated products.
