Join us for a two-part profitability and allergen-friendly product development workshop featuring the expertise of bakery and food service consultant JSC Services, Inc.

Chefs Nick and Jerry Scavo will work with bakers and bakery owners to improve their pricing strategies and increase profitability. Additionally, attendees will be hands-on in the test bakery to discover current techniques for developing allergen-friendly products.

As food allergies and the demand for gluten-free products have become a reality of the modern food industry, bakers need to remain up-to-date on modern baking techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

This workshop will give bakers the tools to stay current and make a profit.
