Retail Bakers of America

The Midwest Bakery and Deli Association will hold a Workshop and Demonstration at their Annual Baking and Industry Convention to be held August 15, 2011, at the Ivy Tech Community College, in Indianapois, Indiana.

 The event will consist of the following Schedule of Events:

Session I:  Covering a cake with fondant, utilizing textured rolling pins, and demonstration featuring airbrushes and the Cricket cutter;

Session II:  Adding molding chocolates and jeweled appliqus to embellish a cake for a fabulous creation;

Session III:  Learning the technique of marbling fondant and creating fondant plaques for buttercream cakes; and

Session IV:  Presenting a short tutorial and overview regaridn the MBDA's  new website, www.MidwestBakers.com
